#MemberMorale | Dr. Jeremy Boyd
This week, I had the opportunity to sit down with one our members, Dr. Jeremy Boyd, PT, DPT, OCS, SCS, owner and physical therapist at Trifecta Therapeutics. Dr. Boyd is South Jersey’s only residency-trained double board certified physical therapist in both orthopedics and sports physical therapy. He obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2013 from Stockton University and later became a specialist in both orthopedics and musculoskeletal conditions via Temple University’s Residency Program. Trifecta is a sports orthopedic physical therapy practice in Glassboro, NJ where they specialize in assisting athletes and active individuals who are limited with injuries to get them back where they were with special exercises, hands on therapy and education. The “Fecta” is the only orthopedic and sports specialist facility in Glassboro and they provide a more personable, one on one, experience than the rest. If any client needs to contact Dr. Boyd, they either can text, call, DM, and even FaceTime if they want too! Dr. Boyd’s goals are to become the premier sports physical center in South Jersey as well as completing the Trifecta of having three clinics in New Jersey.
Life can throw us challenges, but with determination and focus, anyone can overcome them and that is exactly what Dr. Boyd did. Dr. Boyd has a lot on his plate after starting his own business, including buying a house and proposing to his fiancé. This may be hard for some to tackle, but Dr. Boyd has stuck with the process he knows and manages his time efficiently, adding up to his success. To help take your business to the next level, Dr. Boyd would recommend meeting new people and connecting with others. “Getting out there and showing the world who you are is necessary to bring brand recognition.” A method Dr. Boyd uses to grow his business is creating a strong social media presence while maintaining a professional and educational website. Dr. Boyd is very active with Instagram; posting daily content, creating eye-catching stories & posing with his signature “Trifecta Hands.” One of his favorite books he would recommend is called Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry. It helps teach the mind about self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. When his clients come to Trifecta Therapeutics, he wants them to “Trust the Process” because with time and effort, the process will be complete.
So, do you Trust the Process?
